Halloween Peanut Butter Pumpkins

Ingredients:

• Butter 1⁄2 cup
• Peanut butter 1 1⁄2 cups
• Confectioners' sugar, sifted 1 (16 ounce) package
• Red food color
• Yellow food color
• Green decorators icing

Method:

1. Melt butter in a large bowl.
2. Add few drops of yellow and red food color until mixture has a nice orange color.
3. Add peanut butter and confectioners sugar and mix together until a dough like consistency is reached.
4. Make dough into pumpkin shaped.
5. Use toothpick to make ridges on the pumpkins.
6. Use small amount of green decorators icing on the top of each pumpkin for a stem.
7. Refrigerate the pumpkins to firm.
8. Serve on a plate.
