Mango Lassie

Ingredients (1 glass or 250 ml):

  • Fresh chopped mango pieces 2 cups
  • Yogurt 2 cups 
  • Cream 3 Tbsp 
  • Cardamom powder ½ Tbsp
  • Rose water ½ Tbsp
  • A pinch of saffron
  • Sugar as required.
  • Mint leaves
  • Sliced dry fruits


Method:

  1. Peel the mangoes and chop them.
  2. In a blender, puree the mangoes with sugar, cardamom powder, rose water and saffron.
  3. Now add the yogurt and cream.
  4. Add some ice cubes.
  5. Blend for some seconds till everything is mixed well.
  6. Serve mango lassie in glasses.
  7. Garnished with mint leaves, cubes of mango, sliced dry fruits and saffron.
