Sponge Chocolate

Chocolate Sponge
Ingredients:
  • Eggs 10
  • Sugar 300 gm
  • Plain flour 260 gm
  • Coco powder 40 gm
  • Salt a pinch
  • Butter 50 gm (melted)
Method:
  1. Add sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat with electric beater for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Strain the plain flour, coco powder and salt in separate bowl.
  3. Then add butter and mix by hands.
  4. Put foil paper in non stick baking pan and add mixture in baking tray and make a cut in middle of sponge.
  5. Preheat the oven to 190° C and bake chocolate sponge in oven for half an hour.
  6. Take it out from oven and let it cool then serve.
