Paratha

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Approx.1/2 cup water lukewarm
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour to help rolling
- Approx. 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
Method:
- In a bowl mix the flour, salt, and oil. First add about 1/3 cup of water to make dough add remaining water as needed to make smooth and pliable dough. Knead the dough on a lightly greased surface.

- For Dough:
- Plain flour 4 cup
- Warm milk 1 cup
- Yeast 2 tsp
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 4 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- For Filling:
- Butter 2/3 cup (softened)
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cinnamon powder 4 tsp
