Keema Samosa with Yogurt Dip

  • Onion 50 gm
  • Whole garam masalas 5 gm
  • Keema 250 gm
  • Yogurt
  • Ginger-garlic paste 10 gm
  • Refined flour 250 gm
  • Garam masalas powder 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 4-5 gm
  • Dry fruits 15-20 gm
  • Oil for fry

Cucumber Sandwich

Cucumber Sandwich

  •  4 Bread Slices, Removed crusts
  • 4 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 6 Cucumbers
  • 4 tsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Method:
  1. Spread the butter and mayonnaise on 2 slices bread.
  2. Add the cucumbers slices.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover with the other 2 slices bread.

Chicken Shawarma

Chicken Shawarma
Ingredients:
  • Pita Bread (if you cant find pita bread than you can use chapati or lavasa (the white roti)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Chilli Powder
  • Chicken
  • Salt
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Yoghurt/Curd
  • Oil
Method :
  1. Cut chicken into thin slices. Add little olive oil, little lemon juice, salt and if you want it to be spicy you can add chilli powder. Marinate them for 2 hours.
  2. To make sauce, put garlic paste, lemon juice(little), yoghurt/curd, salt to taste in a bowl. Mix these ingredients and there comes the yummy Shawarma sauce.

Ingredients:
  • For Dough:
  1. Semolina-1 cup
  2. All purpose flour-1/2 cup
  3. Baking soda-1/2 ts
  4. Talmakhana-1 and 1/2 ts
  5. Salt-1 pinch
  6. warm water-around 1/2 cup
  7. Oil-for deep fry
  • For Filling:
  1. Potato-3 medium size
  2. Greenchilli-5 (finely chopped)
  3. Onion-1 (finely chopped)
  4. Coriander leaf-2 Tbs finely chopped
  5. Salt- 1/2 ts

Paratha

Paratha
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Approx.1/2 cup water lukewarm
  • 1/4  cup whole wheat flour to help rolling
  • Approx. 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
Method:
  1. In a bowl mix the flour, salt, and oil. First add about 1/3 cup of water to make dough add remaining water as needed to make smooth and pliable dough. Knead the dough on a lightly greased surface.

  • White cumin 1/2 tsp

  • Whole wheat flour (atta) 2 lb
  • Potatoes 1 lb
  • Onions 2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Ginger small piece 1
  • Roasted and ground Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Freshly-ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

  • Cottage cheese 1/4 cup (whipped)
  • Cream cheese 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp 
  • Evaporated milk 1/4 cup
  • Egg substitute 3
  • French bread slices 6 (2 inch thick)
