- Pita Bread (if you cant find pita bread than you can use chapati or lavasa (the white roti)
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
- Chilli Powder
- Chicken
- Salt
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Coriander Leaves
- Yoghurt/Curd
- Oil
- Cut chicken into thin slices. Add little olive oil, little lemon juice, salt and if you want it to be spicy you can add chilli powder. Marinate them for 2 hours.
- To make sauce, put garlic paste, lemon juice(little), yoghurt/curd, salt to taste in a bowl. Mix these ingredients and there comes the yummy Shawarma sauce.

- For Dough:
- Semolina-1 cup
- All purpose flour-1/2 cup
- Baking soda-1/2 ts
- Talmakhana-1 and 1/2 ts
- Salt-1 pinch
- warm water-around 1/2 cup
- Oil-for deep fry
- For Filling:
- Potato-3 medium size
- Greenchilli-5 (finely chopped)
- Onion-1 (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaf-2 Tbs finely chopped
- Salt- 1/2 ts

Paratha

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Approx.1/2 cup water lukewarm
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour to help rolling
- Approx. 2 tablespoons oil for cooking
Method:
- In a bowl mix the flour, salt, and oil. First add about 1/3 cup of water to make dough add remaining water as needed to make smooth and pliable dough. Knead the dough on a lightly greased surface.

- Cheese 100 gm
- Onions 10
- Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch
- White cumin 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying 1/2 liter
- Salt n black pepper to taste
