Samosa

Samosa
Ingredients:
  • Samosa stripes 1 dozen
  • Cheese 100 gm
  • Onions 10
  • Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch
  • White cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for frying 1/2 liter
  • Salt n black pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Chop cheese finely. Now add finely chopped onion, white cumin, red chili powder and salt n black pepper to the cheese.
  2. Put a portion of this mixture on samoosa stripe and fold.
  3. In a wok, heat oil.
  4. Add sambosa to the oil and fry until golden brown.
  5. Sambosas are ready.
  6. Serve.
