Samosa |
- Samosa stripes 1 dozen
- Cheese 100 gm
- Onions 10
- Fresh coriander 1/4 bunch
- White cumin 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying 1/2 liter
- Salt n black pepper to taste
- Chop cheese finely. Now add finely chopped onion, white cumin, red chili powder and salt n black pepper to the cheese.
- Put a portion of this mixture on samoosa stripe and fold.
- In a wok, heat oil.
- Add sambosa to the oil and fry until golden brown.
- Sambosas are ready.
- Serve.
