Chocolate Coconut Bars |
Ingredients:
- Butter 100 gm
- Egg 1
- Flour 1 cup
- Castor sugar 1 cup
- Coconut 1 cup (desiccated)
- Chocolate chip 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Cocoa powder 4 tbsp

Coconut Milk |
Ingredients:
- Water 4 cups
- Coconut 2 cups (shredded)
Method:
- Heat water, but don’t boil.
- Put coconut in blender and add water. (You can use water in batches if can't pour all in one time).
- Blend until thick and creamy.
- Squeeze out the milk with colander.
- If you have to split the water.
- Put all the coconut that you strained out back in the blender.
- Add the remaining water and repeat.
- Coconut milk is ready.
- Use within 3-4 days and shake before use.
