Blackberry Frozen Yogurt

Blackberry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups (32 ounces) fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt

Kulfi Ice Cream

Kulfi Ice Cream
Ingredients:
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Evaporated milk 1/2 tin
  • Condensed milk 1/2 tin
  • Almonds and pistachios 1/2 cup(grinned)
  • Small green cardamoms 4-5
  • A pinch of saffron in milk.
  • Fresh coconut 1/2 cup (desiccated)
  • Bread 2 slices
Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
  2. Pour in a plastic container and freeze until firm.

Frozen Fruity Ice

Frozen Fruity Ice
Ingredients:
  • Strawberry 6 (diced)
  • Peach 1 (peeled, diced)
  • Blueberries 1/4 cup
  • Apple juice as required
Method:
  1. Toss strawberry, peach and blueberries in a bowl.
  2. Place a small spoonful of mixed fruit into each ice cube hole.
  3. Fill the fruit filled ice cube trays with the apple juice and place in the freezer.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Strawberry Ice Cream

Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:

  • Strawberry 600 gm
  • Fresh Cream (dairy's) 1 pkt or 2-1/4 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Flavoured essence few drops

Custard Apple Ice Cream

Custard Apple Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • Custard apple 4 - 5
  • Marie biscuit 4 crushed
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup (whipped)
  • Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Take pulp out from custard apple.
  2. Strain the pulp from strainer and discard seeds.
  3. Now add cream, biscuit, sugar and custard apple pulp into blender and blend till incorporate and blend well.
  4. Pour this mixture into airtight container and freeze for 4 hours.
  5. Take out container from freezer and blend mixture again then cover and freeze again for 3-4 hours again.
  6. Scoop out and serve with chocolate chips and honey.
