Strawberry Ice Cream

Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:

  • Strawberry 600 gm
  • Fresh Cream (dairy's) 1 pkt or 2-1/4 cup
  • Sugar 2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Flavoured essence few drops

Method:

  1. Wipe cream with electric beater at lower no. until thicken and foamy.
  2. In a bowl put strawberries and sugar mix well.
  3. Put strawberries in Blender or food processor until sugar dissolve and become puree.
  4. Add lemon juice in strawberry puree mix well.
  5. Now add puree in whipped cream mix with spoon don't mix completely to give ripple effect.
  6. Take almunium foil pan and spread selofen polythene sheet pour ice cream mixture into and cover around.
  7. Cover with flap and put in freezer.
  8. In serving glass put banana, strawberry sauce, chocolate cookies and Chocolate sauce.Put ice cream piece in it and serve immediately.
  9. Don't use tetra pack cream other wise crunch could be form.
