Strawberry Ice Cream |
Ingredients:
- Strawberry 600 gm
- Fresh Cream (dairy's) 1 pkt or 2-1/4 cup
- Sugar 2 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Flavoured essence few drops
Method:
- Wipe cream with electric beater at lower no. until thicken and foamy.
- In a bowl put strawberries and sugar mix well.
- Put strawberries in Blender or food processor until sugar dissolve and become puree.
- Add lemon juice in strawberry puree mix well.
- Now add puree in whipped cream mix with spoon don't mix completely to give ripple effect.
- Take almunium foil pan and spread selofen polythene sheet pour ice cream mixture into and cover around.
- Cover with flap and put in freezer.
- In serving glass put banana, strawberry sauce, chocolate cookies and Chocolate sauce.Put ice cream piece in it and serve immediately.
- Don't use tetra pack cream other wise crunch could be form.
