Chomchom

Chomchom
Ingredients:
  • For chaana:
  • Milk-2 liter(whole milk is better)
  • Vinegar/Lemon juice-1/4 cup
  • Water-1/4 cup
  • For chomchom ball:
  • Semolina(shuji)-1 ts
  • Flour-1 ts
  • Sugar-1.5 ts
  • For syrup:
  • Sugar- 2 cup
  • Water- 4 cup

Swiss Roll

Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
  • For Sponge Cake:
  1. Large eggs - 2 + 2
  2. Large egg yolk -1 (** we will not use the whites of this egg)
  3. Sifted cake flour -1/3 cup (35 grams)
  4. Cornstarch (corn flour)- 3 Tbs (30 grams)
  5. Granulated white sugar (divided)- 1/2 cup (100 grams)+ 1 Tbs (15 grams)
  6. Vanilla extract -1 ts
  7. Cream of tartar- 1/4 ts (optional)
  8. Salt - 1/4 ts
  9. Confectioners sugar - 4 Tbs (to sprinkle on the top of the cake)

Ingredients:
  • Fine flour 250 gm
  • Rongalite (rang kaat) one pinch
  • Yellow food color one pinch
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Clarified oil for frying
  • Silver leaf as desired
  • Almonds 50 gm (chopped)

  • Green cardamom 8-10
  • Pistachio as required

Bread Gulab Jamun
Ingredients:
  • Bread slices 4
  • Sugar to taste (grinded)
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Mixed nuts 1/4 cup ((chopped, optional)
  • Milk 1-2 tsp
  • Oil for frying

  • Icing sugar 430 gm
  • Egg whites 200 gm
  • Caster sugar 60 gm
  • Salt a small pinch
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp or gel edible color (pink or any desired)
