Cocoa Burfi Delights

Cocoa Burfi Delights
Ingredients:
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tsp
  • Chocolate essence 4-5 drops
  • Khoya 50 gm
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Almond (if preferred) 25
Method:
  1. Dissolve cocoa powder in half a cup of milk, making sure there are no lumps.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and cook khoya in it.
  3. Add milk with cocoa powder and stir till the mixture is thick and dry.
  4. Mix chopped or cut almonds if preferred.
  5. Remove from the heat and transfer to a tray.
  6. Garnish with fresh cream, put in refrigerator for 10 minutes to set.
