Arabic Bread Pudding |
- Bread slice 6
- Apples (cut in slices) 1 cup
- Milk (thick) ½ kg
- Sugar ½ cup
- Almond, pistachio 7-8 each
- Kewra few drops
- Oil for frying
- In a pan heat oil and fry bread slices in it until golden brown.
- Place these slices on a tray.
- In another pan make sugar Sheera and add it to apples and kewra.
- Cook for few minutes then mix in it hot milk.
- Pour this mixture on bread slices and serve hot or cold.
- It’s very delicious.
