Arabic Bread Pudding

Arabic Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
  • Bread slice 6
  • Apples (cut in slices) 1 cup
  • Milk (thick) ½ kg
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Almond, pistachio 7-8 each
  • Kewra few drops
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  1. In a pan heat oil and fry bread slices in it until golden brown.
  2. Place these slices on a tray.
  3. In another pan make sugar Sheera and add it to apples and kewra.
  4. Cook for few minutes then mix in it hot milk.
  5. Pour this mixture on bread slices and serve hot or cold.
  6. It’s very delicious.
