Ingredients:
- Fine flour 250 gm
- Rongalite (rang kaat) one pinch
- Yellow food color one pinch
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Clarified oil for frying
- Silver leaf as desired
- Almonds 50 gm (chopped)
For Sugar Syrup:
- Sugar 1 kg
- Water 1/2 kg
- Green cardamoms 4
Method:
- In a bowl add fine flour, rongalite, baking powder, and yellow food color.
- Mix it properly and set aside for half an hour.
- Then in a skillet add sugar, water and green cardamoms, cook to prepare sugar syrup.
- After this put fine flour mixture in a piping bag and start making circle shape jalebi in hot clarified oil.
- When it is fried take it out and keep in the sugar syrup for 20 minutes.
- In the end garnished with silver leafs and almonds.
