Mango Lassie

Ingredients (1 glass or 250 ml):

  • Fresh chopped mango pieces 2 cups
  • Yogurt 2 cups 
  • Cream 3 Tbsp 
  • Cardamom powder ½ Tbsp
  • Rose water ½ Tbsp
  • A pinch of saffron
  • Sugar as required.
  • Mint leaves
  • Sliced dry fruits

Cucumber Juice

Ingredients:
Cucumber Juice
  • Cucumber - 1
  • Lemon juice - 1 tblsp (1/2 lemon)
  • Sugar  - 4 tblsp
  • Cold water - 1 cup
Method:
  1. Peel the cucumber, wash it and cut it into big cubes.
  2. Take these cubes in a blender along with the cold water, lemon juice and sugar.
  3. Blend it to a smooth paste. Sieve it. 
  4. Add some ice cubes and garnish with a lemon slice and a mint leaf.
  5. Enjoy this cool and refreshing cucumber juice on a hot summer day.

Masala Tea

Ingredients:
  • Spice Mix:
  • 24 green cardamoms
  • 18 black peppers
  • 1 teaspoon anis seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Tea for 2 Cups:
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons tea leaves (I prefer Brooke Bond Red Label or Lipton Yellow Label)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon tea Spice Mix from above

Cucumber Cooler

Cucumber Cooler
Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber peeled and cut in small cubes to make about 2 cups
  • About 8 mint leaves
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice adjust to taste
  • 3 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes to serve

Strawberry Slush

Strawberry Slush
Ingredients:
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • Sugar 4 tbsp or to taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Frozen strawberries 2 cups
Method:
  1. Place hot water in blender, along with sugar and lemon juice.
  2. Turn on blender and add frozen strawberries one at a time until reach to a slush consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy
  4. Add fresh strawberries in the blender, along with 1/2 cup cold water, sugar and lemon juice.
  5. Blend until smooth; add ice cubes one at a time while blending until reach to a slush consistency.
  6. Serve.

Chocolate Coconut Badami Shake
Ingredients:
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Crushed ice 1 cup
  • Few drops of choco essence
  • Choco sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate ice cream 2-3 scoops
  • Badami qulfa balls 1 packet
Method:
  1. Blend all till smooth.
  2. Pour into glass.
  3. serve.

Creamy Orange Smoothie

Creamy Orange Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • Frozen orange juice 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp or to taste
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Banana 1/2 (optional)
  • Ice cubes as required
Method:
  1. Blend together all ingredients except ice for one minute.
  2. Add ice cubes to blender, one at a time, blending after each one until smooth.
  3. Serve.

Creamy Orange Slush

Creamy Orange Slush
Ingredients:
  • Orange juice 4 cups
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 scoops
  • Orange slice 4 garnishing
Method:
  1. Pour orange juice into freezer container; cover and freeze for 2 hours or until slushy, stir twice.
  2. To serve, pour slush into four fine glasses. Add a scoop of ice cream to each glass.
  3. Garnish with orange slices and serve.

Ingredients:
  • Orange juice 2 cups
  • Lime juice 4 tbsp
  • Lime zest 2 tsp
Method:
  1. Combine orange juice, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl.
  2. Pour in an ice-cube tray and freeze.

Shamrock Shake (McDonald)

Shamrock Shake
Ingredients:
  • Vanilla ice cream 4-5 scope
  • Milk 2 mugs
  • Peppermint extract a drop
  • Green food color 1 tsp
Method:
  1. Blend all ingredients, add ice blend more
  2. Serve with cream dollop and a cherry.
  3. For garnishing whipped cream.
