Ingredients (1 glass or 250 ml):
Method:
Mango Lassie |
- Fresh chopped mango pieces 2 cups
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Cream 3 Tbsp
- Cardamom powder ½ Tbsp
- Rose water ½ Tbsp
- A pinch of saffron
- Sugar as required.
- Mint leaves
- Sliced dry fruits
Method:
- Peel the mangoes and chop them.
- In a blender, puree the mangoes with sugar, cardamom powder, rose water and saffron.
- Now add the yogurt and cream.
- Add some ice cubes.
- Blend for some seconds till everything is mixed well.
- Serve mango lassie in glasses.
- Garnished with mint leaves, cubes of mango, sliced dry fruits and saffron.
