Chocolate Burfi Roll |
Ingredients:
- Milk solid 1/2 kg
- Coco Powder 4 tbsp
- Castor Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
- Pistachio 50 gm (for garnishing)
Methods:
- Take milk solid along with sugar in a pan and heat.
- Add vanilla essence and mix.
- Take out 50 gm of mixture and add coco powder in the remaining mixture.
- Now make 12 small dough of mixture.
- Now roll each dough.
- Make small sticks of white milk solid.
- Roll these sticks in Chocolate.
- Put into a plate and garnish with pistachio.
