Chocolate Burfi Roll

Chocolate Burfi Roll
Ingredients:
  • Milk solid 1/2 kg
  • Coco Powder 4 tbsp
  • Castor Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio 50 gm (for garnishing)
Methods:
  1. Take milk solid along with sugar in a pan and heat.
  2. Add vanilla essence and mix.
  3. Take out 50 gm of mixture and add coco powder in the remaining mixture.
  4. Now make 12 small dough of mixture.
  5. Now roll each dough.
  6. Make small sticks of white milk solid.
  7. Roll these sticks in Chocolate.
  8. Put into a plate and garnish with pistachio.
