Gulab Jamun

Bread Gulab Jamun
Ingredients:
  • Bread slices 4
  • Sugar to taste (grinded)
  • Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Mixed nuts 1/4 cup ((chopped, optional)
  • Milk 1-2 tsp
  • Oil for frying
Methods:
  1. Remove the edge of bread and crumble this first.
  2. Now add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Dough should be soft and pliable so you can easily make small balls. You can use milk if your dough is a bit dry.
  4. Make small balls. Fry these on medium flame because bread cook so quickly and turn their side constantly.
  5. Roll them in desiccated coconut and serve hot.
