Bread Gulab Jamun |
Ingredients:
- Bread slices 4
- Sugar to taste (grinded)
- Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Egg 1
- Mixed nuts 1/4 cup ((chopped, optional)
- Milk 1-2 tsp
- Oil for frying
Methods:
- Remove the edge of bread and crumble this first.
- Now add all ingredients and mix well.
- Dough should be soft and pliable so you can easily make small balls. You can use milk if your dough is a bit dry.
- Make small balls. Fry these on medium flame because bread cook so quickly and turn their side constantly.
- Roll them in desiccated coconut and serve hot.
