Coconut Milk

Coconut Milk
Ingredients:
  • Water 4 cups
  • Coconut 2 cups (shredded)
Method:
  1. Heat water, but don’t boil.
  2. Put coconut in blender and add water. (You can use water in batches if can't pour all in one time).
  3. Blend until thick and creamy.
  4. Squeeze out the milk with colander.
  5. If you have to split the water.
  6. Put all the coconut that you strained out back in the blender.
  7. Add the remaining water and repeat.
  8. Coconut milk is ready.
  9. Use within 3-4 days and shake before use.
