Tomato Mozzarella With Pasto Sauce

Bite Tomato Mozzarella With Pasto Sauce
Ingredients:
  • Cherry Tomato 1 Packet
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 block 300 gm
  • Basil leaves fresh 50 gm
  • Pine Nuts 52 gm
  • White Pepper To taste
  • Salt To Taste
  • Parmesan Cheese 15 gm
  • Olive Oil 5 Tbsp
  • Black Olive 6
  • Basil leaves 6 for Garnish Basil
  • Reduce Balsamic and Bell Paper Drizzle (for Garnish)
Method:
  1. Fry pine nuts and keep aside.
  2. In blender put basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, white pepper, salt, fried pine nuts and olive oil.
  3. Blend well till it turns into thick sauce.
  4. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, cut mozzarella cheese into cubes, put in a spoon with half piece of cherry tomato.
  5. Garnish with basil leaf,olives, pour pesto sauce on top.
  6. Serve.
