Bite Tomato Mozzarella With Pasto Sauce |
- Cherry Tomato 1 Packet
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 block 300 gm
- Basil leaves fresh 50 gm
- Pine Nuts 52 gm
- White Pepper To taste
- Salt To Taste
- Parmesan Cheese 15 gm
- Olive Oil 5 Tbsp
- Black Olive 6
- Basil leaves 6 for Garnish Basil
- Reduce Balsamic and Bell Paper Drizzle (for Garnish)
- Fry pine nuts and keep aside.
- In blender put basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, white pepper, salt, fried pine nuts and olive oil.
- Blend well till it turns into thick sauce.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, cut mozzarella cheese into cubes, put in a spoon with half piece of cherry tomato.
- Garnish with basil leaf,olives, pour pesto sauce on top.
- Serve.
