This recipe
requires refrigerating the salted meat for at least 1 hour before cooking. Two
10- to 12-ounce chicken breasts are ideal, but three smaller ones can fit in
the same pan; the skin will be slightly less crispy. A boning knife or sharp
paring knife works best to remove the bones from the breasts

- Fish (Rohu or your choice) - 600gm
- Basmati rice - 2 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon
- Hot red chili powder -2 tea spoon
- Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon
- Ginger paste - 1 table spoon
- Garlic paste - 1 table spoon
- Onion - 2 medium(chopped)
- Cardamom - 10 pieces
- Cinnamon stick - 5/6 pieces
- Whole cloves - 5/6 pieces
- Oil
- Ghee
- Salt

- Large eggplant- 1 (around 250-300 gm)
- Onion paste- 2 Tbs
- Onion- 2 Tbs (chopped)
- Turmeric powder- 1 ts + 1/2 ts
- Red chili powder- 1/2 ts + 1/2 ts
- Cumin powder- 1/2 ts
- Ginger paste- 1 ts
- Garlic paste- 1 ts
- Cardamom- 3-4 pieces
- Bay leaves- 2 pieces
- Tamarind sauce- around 1 Tbs
- Tomato sauce- 2 Tbs
- Sugar- around 1 Tbs
- Oil- For eggplant fry + 3 Tbs
- Salt- 1/2 ts + 1/2 ts or according to your taste
