Chocolate Sponge |
Method:
- Add sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat with electric beater for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Strain the plain flour, coco powder and salt in separate bowl.
- Then add butter and mix by hands.
- Put foil paper in non stick baking pan and add mixture in baking tray and make a cut in middle of sponge.
- Preheat the oven to 190° C and bake chocolate sponge in oven for half an hour.
- Take it out from oven and let it cool then serve.
