Red Velvet Cheese Cake |
- Oreo Cookies 200 gm
- Dark chocolate 100 gm
- Double cream 150 ml
- Unsalted butter 80 gm
- Cream Cheese 250 gm
- Water 20 ml
- Red food color 1-2 tsp
- Caster sugar 5 tsp
- Gelatine 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Melt the butter on very slow heat.
- Blend the Oreo cookies and then add the melted butter in it.
- Take the cake pan and put the mixture of cookies and butter on its base and place it in fridge until set.
- Now melt the chocolate and put it aside.
- Beat the double cream with a beater and then add cream and caster sugar and again beat it well.
- Meanwhile place the gelatine and water in a double boiler.
- Add melted chocolate, gelatine and red color in the beaten cream mixture.
- Now beat the cream cheese and spread it on the cake base.
- Ready to serve.
