Red Velvet Cheese Cake

Red Velvet Cheese Cake
Ingredients:
  • Oreo Cookies 200 gm
  • Dark chocolate 100 gm
  • Double cream 150 ml
  • Unsalted butter 80 gm
  • Cream Cheese 250 gm
  • Water 20 ml
  • Red food color 1-2 tsp
  • Caster sugar 5 tsp
  • Gelatine 1 1/2 tsp
Method:
  1. Melt the butter on very slow heat.
  2. Blend the Oreo cookies and then add the melted butter in it.
  3. Take the cake pan and put the mixture of cookies and butter on its base and place it in fridge until set.
  4. Now melt the chocolate and put it aside.
  5. Beat the double cream with a beater and then add cream and caster sugar and again beat it well.
  6. Meanwhile place the gelatine and water in a double boiler.
  7. Add melted chocolate, gelatine and red color in the beaten cream mixture.
  8. Now beat the cream cheese and spread it on the cake base.
  9. Ready to serve.
