Korean Egg Toast

Korean Egg Toast
Ingredients:
  • Bread slices 4.
  • Eggs 2.
  • Carrots 1 tbsp.
  • Onions 1 tbsp.
  • Cabbage 2 tbsp.
  • Butter 2 tbsp.
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp (optional).
Method:
  1. Whisk eggs add add into carrot, onion and cabbage.
  2. Add 1 tbsp butter into pan and add egg and cook till scrambled.
  3. Heat fry pan and add 1 tbsp butter and toast bread slices from both sides.
  4. Now on 2 bread slices spread egg mixture and cover with other bread slices like sandwich.
  5. Dust brown sugar on toasts and cut them into two pieces.
  6. Before serving dip them into ketchup and serve.
