Ingredients:
- Bread slices 4.
- Eggs 2.
- Carrots 1 tbsp.
- Onions 1 tbsp.
- Cabbage 2 tbsp.
- Butter 2 tbsp.
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
- Ketchup 1 tbsp (optional).
Method:
- Whisk eggs add add into carrot, onion and cabbage.
- Add 1 tbsp butter into pan and add egg and cook till scrambled.
- Heat fry pan and add 1 tbsp butter and toast bread slices from both sides.
- Now on 2 bread slices spread egg mixture and cover with other bread slices like sandwich.
- Dust brown sugar on toasts and cut them into two pieces.
- Before serving dip them into ketchup and serve.
