Ingredients:
- Olive oil 2 cups
- Dried crushed red pepper flakes 2 tbsp
Method:
- Put oil and red pepper flakes into a pan and cook about 5 minutes.
- Turn off flame and cool for 2 hours.
- Shift oil and chili flakes into a glass bottle. Cover with lid.
- Refrigerate up to 1 month.
