Chili Oil

Chili Oil
Ingredients:
  • Olive oil 2 cups
  • Dried crushed red pepper flakes 2 tbsp
Method:
  1. Put oil and red pepper flakes into a pan and cook about 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off flame and cool for 2 hours.
  3. Shift oil and chili flakes into a glass bottle. Cover with lid.
  4. Refrigerate up to 1 month.
