Lasagna Cupcakes

Lasagna Cupcakes
Ingredients:
  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Mozzarella cheese 1-3/4 cup (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wonton wrappers 2 dozen
  • Parmesan cheese 1-3/4 cup (grated)
  • Ricotta cheese 3/4 cup
  • Pasta sauce 1 cup
  • Basil for garnish (optional)
Method:
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degree and grease muffin tray set aside.
  2. Fry beef mince and season with pepper and salt.
  3. Cut the wrappers with round cutter into circles approximately 2 and 1/4".
  4. Separate all cheese for topping of cupcakes.
  5. Lay wrappers into muffin trays each portions and put all grated cheese then mince and sauce then again a layer of wrapper, cheese, mince sauce and topped with cheese. Total 5 layers will be into each cups.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, and use knife to loose the edges, serve hot.
