Ingredients:
Custard Apple Pudding |
- Custard apple 2
- Gelatin 25 g
- Water 1/4 cup
- Milk maid 1/2 cup
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Butter 3 tsp
- Biscuit 1/2 cup (powdered)
- Cashew powder 1/2 cup
Method:
- Mix gelatin with water in a pan and cook until glassy. Remove from flame.
- Peel apple, deseed and make pulp.
- Mix pulp, gelatin and all other ingredients.
- Pour in a bowl and keep in fridge until set.
- Serve chilled.
