Custard Apple Pudding

Ingredients:
Custard Apple Pudding
  • Custard apple 2
  • Gelatin 25 g
  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Milk maid 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Butter 3 tsp
  • Biscuit 1/2 cup (powdered)
  • Cashew powder 1/2 cup
Method:
  1. Mix gelatin with water in a pan and cook until glassy. Remove from flame.
  2. Peel apple, deseed and make pulp.
  3. Mix pulp, gelatin and all other ingredients.
  4. Pour in a bowl and keep in fridge until set.
  5. Serve chilled.
