Make Cheese At Home
Ingredients:
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Vinegar 4 tsp
Method:
  1. Pour milk into a sauce pan and slowly bring to a bowl while stirring.
  2. Turn off heat and add vinegar in boiling milk.
  3. At this point milk will turn into curd and whey.
  4. Stir it with spoon and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Strain the curds and whey through cheesecloth or a handkerchief to separate the curds from the whey. The separated curd is cheese.
  6. Press the cloth to run out extra whey out of cheese.
  7. Put cheese into a bowl and add pinch of salt if you like.
  8. Shape cheese into a ball or if you want slice cheese then set into a mould immediately.
  9. Refrigerate and use when needed.
