Custard Apple Filling

Howard Crepe
Ingredients:
  • Custard Apple 1
  • Ginger ground 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Lime 2
Method:
  1. In a bowl add custard apple pulp keep a side.
  2. In a sauce pan add sugar, ginger, lime juice, and vanilla essence mix and cook for a while.
  3. Add and incorporate custard apple puree and cook more till thicken.
  4. Fill into pancakes or crepe and serve with blueberries.
