Tandoori Chicken Pizza |
- Chicken 200 g (boneless)
- Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger / Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 100 g
- Oil as required
For toppings:
- Capsicum 1
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Black Olive 6 to 8
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Oregano 1/4 tsp
- Rosemary 1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Black pepper as required
- White pepper as required
- Mozzarella cheese 1 packet
- Parsley 1 bunch
Methods:
- Cook chicken with all the spices for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Knead pizza dough and apply tomato puree, oregano and rosemary.
- Spread spiced chicken over it and then spread the remaining vegetables.
- In the end, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, olive and tomato slices.
- Now place it in oven for 10 to 12 minutes. The temperature of the oven should be 180C.
- Serve with ginger garlic sauce or tomato ketchup.
Tip: Pizza can be cut easily if the knife is dipped in boiled water.
